When I am at the grocery store really early because I have 16+ hours of work to get done by Tuesday morning and the cashier asks if I have any fun plans for the holiday weekend.
Seriously though? I feel like my weekends are no longer existing. That’s not exactly a bad thing though. I’m just sad because I wanted to use my Saturday to be productive at home but I was confined to my bed because I was sick. Today we are shooting for the Super Secret Project. 5 hours down 1ish more to go. :D I can’t wait to share it with everyone when it’s all done.
Movies touch our hearts and awaken our vision, and change the way we see things. They take us to other places, they open doors and minds. Movies are the memories of our lifetime, we need to keep them alive.”

Seriously though. We asked the bartender to fix us his best drink tonight and that Sangria took us to a new dimension. Weekly Kobe’s with the Kouks is something I can get used to. Sushi, fitness talks, and all around good vibes is something I would never turn down. :) Here’s to a new tradition! >_<
and boy does it feel wonderful.
So my wrist has been hurting for months now which has been preventing me from doing anything that puts pressure on it (Inflammation that is pressing on tendons hurts)
So I stopped lifting but most importantly I stopped Yoga altogether. I never realized how much Yoga helped reduce stress and made me an all around happier/healthier person. I decided that I could take it no longer so I tried out some variations. Some of these variations are a lot more advanced than the standard yoga practice but I’m kind of glad I remember all of them and that I am still capable of doing them after all this time. Just for fun, I posted a headstand variation on Instagram and found out about a Yoga challenge going on. I also found out that there is a HUGE yoga community on Instagram that I would like to be a part of for two reasons:
1) People who do yoga are really nice and friendly
2) I think gaining a following in the Yoga community on IG will help with my secret project. ;)’
It’s been five days and I’m starting to feel like my old self again.
